Joy is a strong, innate leader who has enriched and successful experiences in the fields of international expansion, partner management, and product strategy among global brands. The concern for information authenticity and a mission to return a fair, transparent online community to users has inspired Joy to found The Blingy Technology & Entertainment, Inc. Blingy aims to create a fair opportunity for users to promote their authentic ideas, while safely relying on big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and other technological means.
Joy joined the latest generation of Silicon Valley female entrepreneurs taking the world by storm. With her high-spirited "beating the giant" attitude, Joy continues to challenge gender and racial discrimination within the tech industry. Joy hopes to encourage the younger generation of women, with their own dreams, to bravely embark on an entrepreneurial journey, to achieve their goals, break through the shackles of inherent cognition, appreciate the continuous transcendence of growth and knowledge, and keep climbing to become their best selves.
